It's a brand new year and we're going to kick it off by going back to a game that we were 'taught' before the podcast was even a glint in Eric's eye. We've mentioned it a few times on the show as one of our worst experiences being taught a game. Somehow 2021 has nearly come to a close. As is now a tradition, one of our final episodes of the year we look back at the games we played in 2021 and pick some of our favorites, least favorites, and Kiwi finally gets to use his graduate degree and talk about numbers and statistics. We've got some interesting conclusions, and that's not just Kiwi talking since he writes these episodes descriptions. We'll have one last episode before the end of the year and then we'll see all of you in 2022!

RIP Michael Vale. This weekend, bP and Kiwi sit down to play Dollars to Donuts. Don't tell bP, but Kiwi may have purposely purchased a donut that morning in order to win first player. We're neither confirming, nor denying that was the case, but it happened either way. This was designed by the food loving trio of Molly Johnson, Robert Melvin, and Shawn Stankewich. It was published in 2021 by Flatout Games.
